Reservation:

- Reservation requires 50% down payment before 15 February 2010, balance to be paid 60 days prior to the program starting date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit cards.

Pegasus Hospitality and Marketing owns and operates three upmarket properties, namely Cape Flame Guest House, in beachfront Port Elizabeth. Lodge on Main, in city center Walmer, Port Elizabeth and Koffylaagte Game Lodge, located in the Karoo Heartland, 130 km (90 min) from Port Elizabeth airport. We are dedicated to utilizing our own properties, however we reserve the right to accommodate the guest at other premises, with similar upkeeping standards and proximity. Pegasus has an undertaking from a reputable event co-ordination agent for provision of 30 tickets per match to be played in Port Elizabeth, however tickets are only releasable by FIFA in latter part of May 2010. Until such time that Pegasus can receive the tickets under its own custody, Pegasus Group of Companies, its owners, sister companies, employees and agents are indemnified against any claims , including but not limited to claims against failure of provision of such tickets to clients who might have purchased one of the above listed programs, due to reasons that may be caused by FIFA, its agents or by the co-ordinator who provided the abovementioned undertaking to Pegasus, or due to any other unforeseen reasons as the case may be. The customers who purchase the above listed programs acknowledge this and agree to indemnify Pegasus and its owners, employees and agents against any claims for any losses whatsoever.
